Ernie Mosteller has written tray-liner copy for McDonald’s. He’s directed hundreds of national and international commercials in a career that has taken him through several countries, a couple of continents, and multiple genres. Interestingly, a few of those spots were actually pretty good. He’s worked as a copywriter and creative director for several ad agencies in several cities, has owned two film companies, and can do routine maintenance on most types of farm machinery. Known for his comedy, kids, experimental, and efx commercials, Ernie’s most at home beside a barbecue grill. Ernie, his wife Sarah, their kids, Jackson and Georgia, a very silly dog named Conway, and, apparently, several ghosts, all live down the street from the Gulf of Mexico in a very old house in Galveston, Texas.
